You can use ANY HTML editor to edit the application pages. 

We recommend using DreamweaverMX as all Bindings, Server Behaviors, Databases, and Components will register in the applications panel for quick and easy editing. 

MSAccess or MS SQL server is required to edit the database. (Depends on the version you are using)

To customize hosted version of Free website there is no charge but customization will be done if time permits it, because it's FREE. Although if your website is busy and has lot of traffic then we will do it ASAP.
